Why product variants matter for ecommerce
Variants keep shoppers on one page, keep reviews together and make stock easier to track. Set up well, they also help search engines and AI understand that the options are the same product.
Give each variant clear option names, the right images and accurate stock. Shoppers and AI assistants both get confused when a color swatch shows the wrong photo.
