Your home screen
Start on Today
Today shows where you stand at a glance: your answer share (how many of your tracked questions name your store), how each AI engine is treating you, and the few things worth doing next, ranked by what they are worth.
Every engine is asked your questions every 24 hours, so this view changes daily.

Review your shopper questions
Shopper Questions lists every question we track, with one column per engine. A green eye means that engine named you. Filter by Won, Open, Lost or Taken, or by intent, to find the gaps.
Use Add question to track one we missed, and Delete to drop any that don’t fit.

Open a question to read the answer
Click any question to read each engine’s answer, word for word. The panel on the right tells you whether you were named and what keeps you there, or what is missing.
Hit Draft on any question to turn the gap into a piece of content.
Your content, ranked
Pick what to write from the Queue
The Queue ranks content ideas by what they are worth: how often shoppers ask, how big the gap is, and whether you hold data nobody else has. Choose Create draft and Selix writes it, or Not now to skip.
Each draft uses one content credit. Your credits left are shown at the top of the Queue.
Questions from around the web
Write from what shoppers ask online
Selix is always listening for the questions shoppers ask in your category on YouTube, Reddit, Google Q&A, forums and search results. In Write, choose Create content to review them one at a time: Generate turns a question into a draft, and Skip moves on to the next one.
Have your own idea? Use Write something from scratch: pick a content type, add a topic, and it lands in your Queue.
Nothing goes live until you say so
Review and publish your draft
Drafts open in an editor. Edit anything, check the structure notes on the right (FAQ, comparison table, ranked picks), then Publish now or pick a date with Reschedule in calendar.
Drafts are written from your own catalog, so check product names, prices and claims before you publish.
Tie answers to orders
Install the pixel to track revenue
Revenue follows shoppers from an AI answer to checkout: attributed revenue, the AI engine that sent each shopper, and every traced order. It fills in once the Selix pixel is on your store, which takes about four minutes.
- 1Open Settings, Connection and copy your pixel snippet.
- 2In Shopify Admin, paste it into Settings, Customer events.
- 3Place a test order, or wait for your next shopper.
